• GoalChamp is provided for personal use to track goals and to-do items.

• You may enter personal notes, goals, and tasks into the App.
• You retain all rights to your content. We do not claim ownership.
• By using the App, you grant us permission to store your content securely so the App can function.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• The App is currently free to use.
• In the future, we may offer subscriptions or paid features through the Apple App Store. Any such payments will be subject to Apple’s terms.

• You may stop using the App at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

7. Disclaimer

• The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoalChamp is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
